Project Goal:
As the first hire in the creative/marketing department, my goal was to lead the brand refresh for this 20+ year old technology company and build the department from the ground up. This involved reestablishing the companies voice and seeing to it that the brand shined through internally and externally.
Outcome:
The brand refresh successfully modernized the company’s image, and from there, I implemented streamlined processes for content creation across social media, customer-facing documents, and internal & external communications. I helped build a team, and together we developed and executed targeted marketing strategies that amplified the brand’s presence and engagement across various platforms. We collaborated with third-party agencies to refresh the website and to create a promotional video, ensuring both aligned with the new brand, creating a seamless and cohesive online presence.
Beyond digital marketing, I played a pivotal role in transforming the office into an inspiring, welcoming environment, boosting employee morale and encouraging collaboration. I spearheaded employee recognition initiatives and social impact programs that further cultivated a strong internal culture. My contributions to market expansion led to the identification of new growth opportunities and the development of lead generation strategies, helping position the company for future growth. These strategic efforts not only enhanced the company’s brand visibility but also laid a solid foundation for long-term success in both internal culture and market presence.
